Decart
A lab building real-time generative video — models that transform a live feed in milliseconds rather than minutes.
Highlights
- DOS (Decart Optimization Stack): hardware-to-model inference layer that cuts optimization from months to weeks across chips
- Lucy: real-time world-editing model for virtual try-on, live advertising, social, and gaming at production scale
- Oasis: world-generation model for physical AI, robotics, autonomous-systems, and logistics simulation
- MirageLSD: live-stream diffusion that transforms any video feed frame-by-frame in under 40ms
- Runs on Amazon Trainium chips, with Lucy 2.0 deployed on Trainium3 silicon
- Web demos plus iOS and Android apps for live video transformation
- Sub-30ms response on world-model input for immersive, continuous generation
- Licensable optimization stack used by external cloud providers and AI labs

About Decart
What it is
Decart is an Israeli AI lab working on real-time generative video and interactive world models. Its stack has three parts: DOS, an inference optimisation layer that speeds up model execution across hardware; Lucy, a world-editing model that transforms live video for virtual try-on, advertising and gaming; and MirageLSD for real-time generation. The emphasis throughout is latency low enough for interaction.
Why it's different
Nearly all generative video is offline — you submit a prompt and wait, which makes it a production tool and nothing else. Working in real time is a different technical problem and unlocks a different category of use, because a model that responds within a frame can be part of a live experience rather than a rendering step. That is a genuine distinction. The trade is equally clear: real-time output is visibly lower fidelity than what Runway or Kling produce with time to think, so this competes on interactivity and not on how the result looks held still.
How people use it
The applications are ones that could not exist offline: live virtual try-on where you move and the garment follows, advertising that adapts to the viewer in the moment, game environments generated as you move through them. It is early and largely reaching developers and studios rather than individual creators. Anyone evaluating it should judge it against live alternatives, not against a rendered clip.
