About Swooped
What it is
Swooped combines an aggregated job board with per-application tailoring: it ranks listings by how well they match your background, rewrites your CV against each specific posting, drafts a cover letter, and provides interview preparation. It leans towards remote roles.
Why it's different
Putting the fit ranking and the tailoring in one place is the sensible part — the gap Teal leaves is that you still have to find the jobs, and the gap a job board leaves is that you still have to tailor. Doing both from one profile removes the copying between tools. The caution is the same one that applies to every CV optimiser: matching a posting's keywords is not the same as being qualified, and a CV rewritten hard towards a filter reads oddly to the person who eventually opens it. Fit scores are also generated from the same text the filter reads, so a high score can mean your CV is well-phrased rather than that you would enjoy the job.
How people use it
It suits people applying at volume, particularly remote job seekers where the listing pool is enormous and the competition is global. The pattern that works is using the ranking to decide where to spend effort, then tailoring properly for a short list rather than lightly for everything. Read every generated CV before it goes — an AI rewrite occasionally states experience you do not have, and that is your name on it.
